The metalosis is not as obvious to the naked eye as the internet examples – I think that is a good thing!

Once again, my blog disappeared after much typing, so I will just say it’s done. Florence , Or. 4300 miles.
Glad to have done this wonderful, and strongly disciplined ride. Amazing different people all with the common goal. Amen.

Tomorrow is the last day. We are now in Eugene. The last few days have been long.We started out from Baker City, the place where they filmed Paint Your Wagon. It was a nice, quiet town. I even visited a hand made saddle maker.
Then it was off to cross 3 passes, and then Prarie city.
Next day was over another pass and down into a Mitchell..
Then it was another day and pass into Redmond.
Then the best past of all, after the town of 3 sisters! The Mackenzie Pass!!!
Definitely the best downhill ride of my riding career. 22 miles of curvy, windy,
forested,smooth, downhill. A total classic.!!
Today was a ride from MacKenzie bridge area to Eugene. It was nice but busier.
We now look forward to the last day of crossing the USA.
